Service agreement

​

With a BikeSafety package, your e-bike is running well throughout the leasing period. This service package is mandatory and is included in the 12, 24 and 36 month agreement period.

The BikeSafety package is designed to give you peace of mind. Therefore, service and repairs are included. You can therefore always look past your Bike & co dealer if you need assistance with a puncture, mechanical breakdown - Or you just want help to get some air in the tires and the chain lubricated.

All-Risk solution

​

If you get a damage to your bike, or you have had it stolen, you can be happy that the bikes always include an All-Risk solution, so you can move around safely in traffic. If the accident is out, you report the damage on www.no2risk.com and then drive past one of the 60 Bike & Co bicycle shops in Denmark, your bike has become so damaged that it cannot be repaired - it will be replaced with a similar one.

The solution is without deductible in the event of damage and in the event of theft, the deductible is 10% of the value of the bicycle. (however, a maximum of DKK 2,500).

 

With our solution, you are completely covered in collateral!

Choose your own bike ...

 

We have just made an agreement with the bike chain Bike & Co which is distributed around Denmark with 60 bike shops, where you (if our selection does not have the bike you want) can go down to one of the dealers and then choose just that bike that just suits you. Once you have chosen, the bicycle dealer can help you get the order in our system, so you automatically get all the benefits.

 

Remember! You have to bring the voucher, which is available once you have registered in the ordering system.
